## Retention Period

The personal data we collect in connection with applications and the performance of supply contracts is retained for 5 (five) years from the date of termination of the contractual relationship between you and Sustainable Snergy Supply LTD. In all cases, personal data is retained until the final settlement of all financial relations between the parties, in accordance with statutory requirements. Personal data contained in accounting and financial documents is retained for tax and social-security control purposes in accordance with statutory periods, for at least 10 (ten) years from 1 January of the reporting period following the one to which they relate, unless the law provides for a longer period.
Personal data may be retained for longer periods to protect our legitimate interests, and until the expiry of the relevant limitation period, for the purpose of protection against potential legal claims by clients. Where a legal dispute has arisen, personal data is retained until its final resolution by a court or arbitration decision that has entered into force.
Video recordings from our technical surveillance equipment are retained for up to 30 days from the date of recording.
